The Challenge
The marketing team at Florida Realtors, creators of Form Simplicity and representing over 260,000 members, recognized the need to update their website and branding to improve lead generation and enhance user engagement. Faced with evolving market demands and the challenge of declining search engine visibility, they aimed to refresh their digital strategy to better meet the needs of their audience.
The Form Simplicity team partnered with Brandcoders to undertake this transformation, initiating a strategic website overhaul and launching a targeted 21-email marketing campaign. This collaboration was designed to re-engage their members, increase signups, and solidify Form Simplicity’s position as a leader in real estate transaction management.
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Our approach focused on strengthening Form Simplicity’s brand with a meticulously planned marketing strategy. We began by revitalizing their branding to create a solid foundation that would support subsequent layers of our strategy. With the new branding in place, we optimized key conversion points, including the website and social media landing pages, to better engage and convert visitors.
Next, we leveraged their network of 260,000 Florida realtors with a targeted email drip campaign to increase awareness and drive account activations. Once accounts were activated, we launched a secondary campaign to encourage upgrades. To expand their reach and reinforce the updated brand, we deployed a programmatic advertising campaign across social media and display networks.



Rebranding, Logo, & Visual Identity

Brand Guidelines
In collaboration with Form Simplicity’s marketing manager, we developed a professional yet approachable brand identity. Our designers created detailed brand guidelines, refining the color palette and selecting fonts to ensure consistency across digital and print media. This optimization guarantees uniform colors across platforms and enhances cohesion in all communications through carefully chosen typography.

Logo Improvements
While Form Simplicity already had a recognizable logo, there was an opportunity to refine it to better align with its evolving brand strategy. Working closely with their team, our designers made adjustments to color saturation and fine-tuned design elements, enhancing its visual clarity and appeal while preserving its core identity.


Tradeshow Booth Designs & Backdrops
To ensure Form Simplicity’s refreshed brand identity was well-represented at trade shows and conferences, we designed booth backdrops and displays that aligned perfectly with the updated brand guidelines. This approach enhanced visibility at events while maintaining consistent branding across all physical marketing materials.

Flyers
Using the same guidelines, we crafted a series of flyers, each adhering to a cohesive template to maintain brand consistency. These flyers informed realtors about the availability of Form Simplicity through their association memberships and detailed the enhanced features and benefits of upgraded plans.

UX Design & Wireframing
Following the updated brand guidelines, our design team crafted a new website that showcases Form Simplicity’s refreshed brand identity. During the wireframing stage, we focused on simplifying the navigation and layout to ensure users could easily understand the program’s offerings and benefits. We implemented engaging visuals and clear navigation paths to quicken the sign-up process and clearly present the benefits for current members and the options available for upgrades.

UI Design
During the UI design phase, we focused on creating a user experience that is both inviting and straightforward. The design features clean, modern visuals that clearly highlight the software’s functionalities, arranged within an intuitive layout to simplify user interactions. Email Marketing Drip Campaign
Following the website launch, we crafted an extensive email marketing campaign comprising over 20 tailored messages, each spotlighting a specific feature of the software to distinct segments of Florida realtors. Integrated with Active Campaign, our selected automation tool, the campaign’s creative content highlighted the benefits and visually demonstrated the features to encourage existing account holders to upgrade to Pro or Ultimate levels.

Search Engine Optimization Campaign
Our SEO campaign for Form Simplicity focused on enhancing visibility for the keyword “real estate transaction management software.” Through strategic content silos, internal linking, and dedicated content marketing efforts, we developed a specific product page that successfully boosted its ranking from non-existent to visible on Google, significantly increasing organic search presence.

Content Marketing
The content marketing strategy was designed to support our SEO goals, specifically aiming to boost rankings for “real estate transaction management software.” By producing targeted articles and securing relevant backlinks, we established authority for this key term, resulting in a noticeable improvement in Google rankings and overall online visibility.

Programmatic Multichannel Advertising Campaign
To engage potential users and encourage upgrades, we initiated a programmatic advertising campaign leveraging audience targeting and retargeting techniques.
