The Challenge

aVenue Event Group lacked a clear and cohesive brand structure across its divisions, causing brand confusion among clients and making it difficult to differentiate each service offering. Without a unified yet flexible brand identity, clients struggled to understand which division served their specific needs, leading to missed opportunities.

Their lead generation efforts also lacked scalability. As exclusive partners with multiple venues, aVenue needed a sustainable, multichannel marketing system to drive consistent national-level lead generation for partner venues across different cities.

Additionally, their website was not optimized to support both lead generation and sales enablement. It needed to be more conversion-focused, serving as both a digital marketing tool and a venue catalog to help qualify leads and cross-sell services effectively.

Finally, aVenue lacked high-quality video assets to differentiate its brand. Without compelling video content for sales and advertising, they struggled to communicate their story, showcase their exclusive venues, and maximize engagement across multichannel campaigns.

aVenue Event Group is a specialty corporate event production company that is based out of Orlando, FL, and operates on a national level.
