The Challenge

Quality Growers had a strong product offering and loyal wholesale demand, but no direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence. Customers could not browse products, place orders online, or discover moss and garland offerings through paid or organic digital channels.

With growing demand for natural decor and handcrafted botanicals, Quality Growers needed a Shopify ecommerce site that could support online sales, highlight key product categories like mosses and garlands, and serve as a foundation for digital marketing and advertising. They partnered with Brandcoders to launch their ecommerce presence from scratch and build a scalable Shopify experience designed to drive online orders.

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

Quality Growers needed a marketing strategy that could support the launch of their direct-to-consumer ecommerce channel while maintaining the credibility they had built through years of supplying premium botanical products. With mosses and garlands as core product categories, the goal was to position the brand as a trusted source for high-quality, natural decor available for online purchase.

This included aligning site messaging, product presentation, and advertising creative to create a consistent experience from first impression through checkout.

UX Design & Wireframing

We designed the user experience and wireframes for Quality Growers with a focus on simplicity, product discovery, and conversion. The goal was to make it easy for customers to browse mosses and garlands, understand product differences, and complete purchases with minimal friction.

Wireframes were structured to guide users naturally from category exploration to product detail pages and checkout. Clear navigation, intuitive collection layouts, and streamlined page flows ensured the Shopify experience supports both first-time visitors and returning customers while remaining scalable as the product catalog grows.

WEBSITE DESIGN

UI Design

The user interface for Quality Growers was designed to highlight the natural beauty and texture of their products while keeping the shopping experience clean and distraction-free. Visual elements, typography, and spacing were carefully chosen to let mosses and garlands take center stage without overwhelming the user.

The design balances an organic, nature-inspired aesthetic with clear calls-to-action and consistent styling across pages. This approach reinforces brand credibility, creates a cohesive shopping experience, and supports confident purchasing across both desktop and mobile devices.

Google Products PPC

We launched Google Shopping and product-based PPC campaigns to promote Quality Growers’ moss and garland products directly within high-intent search results. These campaigns helped surface products at the moment of purchase consideration, driving qualified traffic and early ecommerce conversions.

Google Search Ads

To capture demand beyond product listings, we implemented Google Search advertising to reach customers actively searching for botanical decor and related products. These campaigns supported category discovery and brand awareness while reinforcing the Shopify launch with consistent visibility across search results.

Social Retargeting Ads

We deployed social retargeting campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to re-engage visitors who explored products but did not immediately convert. By reinforcing product visibility across social platforms, these ads helped bring users back to the site and improve overall conversion performance throughout the funnel.

We helped Quality Growers grow from zero ecommerce sales to consistent monthly online orders.

Before launching Shopify, Quality Growers had no direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence and generated zero online orders. Following the Shopify launch and activation of Google product ads and social advertising, the brand now generates 75+ orders per month, driven primarily by moss and garland sales.

Today, Brandcoders continues to support ongoing growth through programmatic multichannel advertising (PMA) and performance-driven marketing efforts. With a scalable ecommerce foundation and active marketing channels in place, Quality Growers is positioned to continue expanding online revenue and reaching new customers through digital commerce.
